In Brussels, the STIB-MIVB ( Societe des Transport Intercommunaux de Bruxelles) has a computer aided operating system. They are currently testing Global Positioning System (GPS) on 2 buses which could improve the real time management of the bus fleet. The SWRT (Societe Reginal Wallonne de Transport) is also implementing a timetable management system.
